Baosteel hot-dip galvanizing
Continuous dip galvanizing production of cold or hot rolled steel for general purposes or structures. General scope of supply for hot-dip galvanizing: thickness (0.3-3.5), width (800-1830) (plate 1000-6000, coil inner diameter 610) mm
Baosteel galvanizing is divided into cold rolled substrate galvanizing and hot rolled substrate galvanizing.
The general thickness of cold-rolled galvanizing is below 1.5MM (e.g. ST01Z), and the hot-rolled galvanized substrate includes 1.5MM, with a thicker thickness generally not exceeding 4.0MM. (Example: The brand is ST01ZR).
Note: (The grades of hot-rolled plate as substrate are ST01ZR, ST02ZR, HSA340ZR, and HSA410ZR, respectively)
Bensteel galvanized
This steel is galvanized as a cold-rolled substrate. Benxi Steel's galvanized brands mainly include ST01Z, ST02Z, deep drawing, ST03Z, ST04Z, but there are relatively few.
When it comes to domestic galvanizing, Benxi Steel still has a considerable market in China, with the market centered around Shanghai being particularly prominent. On the other hand, Benxi Steel's galvanizing represents the price of galvanizing centered around Shanghai.
I. The galvanizing of this steel generally includes normal galvanizing, passivation, and oiling. The weight of the components is generally around 5 tons, generally not exceeding 6 tons, and not less than 3 tons (the program can be dual, and the weight of the details will jump out). The galvanized layer is about 140 grams on both sides. Usually, the lower tolerance is 0.02-0.03MM.
II. Benxi Steel is galvanized, and its brand is ST02Z. As its ordering price is the same as ST01Z, sales can also be smoother. This steel galvanizing is divided into one group, two groups, and protocol products. The company operates one group and two groups (genuine products), which can be divided during sales.
III. Galvanizing of this steel is generally used for coating equipment, air conditioning accessories, board warehouses, floors, and ventilation ducts.
IV. Quality problem waves that are prone to occur, generally with edge waves less than 10MM, meeting steel factory standards; There are irregular black spots on the board, usually more than ten on the head, but not inside; White rust, this kind of feeling

1. Definition: Galvanized sheet refers to a steel plate with a galvanized surface. Galvanizing is an economically effective anti-corrosion method, accounting for approximately half of the world's zinc production.
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
① Hot dip galvanized steel plate. Soak the thin steel plate in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc on its surface. At present, the main production method is continuous galvanizing, which involves continuously soaking the rolled steel plate in a molten galvanizing bath to produce galvanized steel plate;
② Alloy galvanized steel plate. The steel plate is also manufactured using the hot dip method, but immediately after being removed from the groove, it is heated to 500 ℃ to produce an alloy film of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good coating sealing and weldability;
③ Galvanized steel plate. This galvanized steel plate is manufactured by electroplating method and has good processability. But the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as hot-dip galvanized sheet;
④ Single sided galvanized and double sided differential galvanized steel plates. Single sided galvanized steel plate, which means there is only one galvanized product. Compared to double-sided galvanized sheet, it has better adaptability in welding, painting, rust prevention treatment, processing, and other aspects. In order to overcome the disadvantage of single sided non galvanized, another type of galvanized sheet is double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
⑤ Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate. It is an alloy or even composite plated steel plate made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, etc. The steel plate has good coating performance;
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel plates, printed galvanized steel plates, polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel plates, etc. But the commonly used ones are still hot-dip galvanized sheets.
2. Method for Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing to Help Name Brands (GB/T 2518-2008)
The grades of steel plates and strips are composed of product usage code, steel grade code (or serial number), steel characteristics (if any), and hot-dip code (D). It consists of five parts: hot-dip code (D) and a plus sign connection between coating type codes. Please refer to Section 2 for specific regulations 1-2.5
2.1 Usage code
a) DX: The first letter D represents the cold forming of flat steel. If the second letter is X and the rolling status of the substrate is not specified, the second letter is C, indicating that the substrate is a cold rolled substrate; If the second letter is D, it means that the substrate is specified as a hot-rolled substrate; Excellent rust prevention performance, as well as
b) S: represents structural steel;
c) The first letter H of HX represents the cold forming of high-strength flat steel. If the second letter is X, if the rolling status of the substrate is not specified, the second letter is C, indicating that the substrate is a cold rolled substrate; If the second letter is D, it represents the hot-rolled substrate.
2.2 Steel grade code (or serial number)
a) 51-57: Two digits represent the steel grade serial number;
b) 180-980: 3 digits are used to represent the steel grade code; According to different brand naming methods, it is generally the specified lower yield strength or lower yield strength and lower tensile strength, in MPa
2.3 Steel grade characteristics
Generally, 1 to 2 letters are used to represent the characteristics of the steel grade; Among them:
a) Y indicates that the steel type is seamless atomic steel;
b) LA indicates that the steel type is low alloy steel;
c) B indicates that the steel type is baking hardened steel;
d) DP indicates that the steel grade is dual phase steel;
e) TR indicates that the type of steel is phase transformation induced plastic steel;
f) CP indicates that the steel type is duplex steel;
g) G indicates that the characteristics of the steel grade are not specified.
2.4 Hot Plating Code
The hot plating code is denoted as D.
2.5 Coating code
Pure zinc coating represents Z, and zinc iron alloy coating represents ZF.
Dual phase steel hot-dip coating HC340/590DPD, similar to some other hot-dip coating brands (such as DC51D), HC340/590DPD represents hot-dip products with the last letter [D]. The specific coating depends on the suffix, such as Z representing hot-dip pure zinc coating.
