PRODUCTION PROCESS

The annual capacity of the hot dip galvanizing line is 350000 tons. The production line isequipped with a double decoiler,double cutting shear,narrow lap welder, electrolytic cleaning devices,vertical looper,vertical annealing furnace,zinc pot air knife,finishing machine,tension bending straightener,double passivation roller coating machine,electrostatic oiler,outlet shear,coiler,and other equipment. This helps ensure the accurate control of zinc coating,excellent coating performance,and welding performance. The annealing furnace adopts the full radiant tube heating type,the furnace type is a vertical gas furnace. Advanced furnace cleaning technology and accurate tension control technology are adopted.The maximum process speed is 180-200m/min.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The thickness of the product is 0.09-3.5mm,with a width between 750-1250mm.The surface structure includes zero spangle,minimized spangle,and big spangle pattern. The surface treatment methods include oiling,oiling and passivation,environmental passivation,fingerprintresistance,etc.
