1. Product Overview
A pre-painted steel sheet is a metal substrate covered with an organic protective coating. Compared with conventional galvanized steel sheets, it delivers superior corrosion resistance and extended service life.
2. Production Process
The annual production capacity reaches 250,000 tons. Core electrical control components adopt Siemens industrial equipment to ensure production precision. The production line is equipped with Haoda continuous stitching machines and dual coating machines, supporting rapid and accurate color switching. The solvent incineration processing capacity is 300kg/h, complying with international energy-saving and environmental protection industrial standards.
3. Product Specifications
Adopting advanced double-coating and double-baking technology. Thickness range: 0.09mm - 1.7mm; Width range: 900mm - 1250mm.
4. Substrate Classification
Two mainstream substrate types: hot-dip galvanized steel substrate and hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel substrate.
4.1 Hot-dip Galvanized Substrate
The hot-dip galvanized substrate integrates zinc anti-corrosion layer and organic coating isolation protection. It effectively prevents metal oxidation and extends the service life of steel plates.
4.2 Hot-dip Aluminum-Zinc Substrate
With 50%-60% aluminum-zinc alloy coating, its corrosion resistance is 2-5 times higher than galvanized substrate. It maintains stable performance without oxidation or scaling under continuous and intermittent high-temperature conditions.
